How to use the app
Checkout and delivery
- Review quantities and totals in your cart.
- Sign in when you continue to checkout.
- Choose delivery or pickup, confirm your details and follow the payment steps.
Use an offer
- Open Offers to see active promo codes.
- Copy or save one code, then apply it in the cart.
- Check the validated discount before placing your order.
Track your order
- Sign in to the account used for the order.
- Open Orders and select your order.
- Review its latest status. Contact support if you need help.
Log a support ticket
Tickets are saved to your account and emailed to support@cretekgroup.co.za. Never include passwords, verification codes, or card details.
